WINE 2007 Unoaked Chardonnay
REGION Coonawarra, South Australia
BOTTLING ANALYSIS Alcohol : 11.5% • T/A : 8.3 • pH : 3.36
NOSE Peaches, melon and lime
COLOUR Pale green with straw tinges
TASTING NOTES

Palate:The stone fruit characters on the nose flow through to the palate. Its length of flavour and crisp acidity suggests the wine can be drunk while young or allowed some bottle maturation.

WINE 2007 Delicioso

NOSE Peaches, melons, limes and fresh cut grass
COLOUR Pale green
TASTING NOTES

Palate:The stone fruit characters on the nose flow through to the palate and are complemented by fresh spice and Muscat flavours. This should be drunk while young. It is a wine for those who prefer life and their wine to be sweet!

WINE 2005 Cabernet Merlot

NOSE Concentrated blackberry and ripe plums with toasty aromas
COLOUR Deep plum and cherry red with a hint of amber on the edges
TASTING NOTES

Palate: Intense berry fruit with a hint of chocolate and mint, the soft oak tannins and mouth filling fruit permeates through to the back palate and lingers longingly, thus imploring the drinker to ask for more of this carefully crafted red blend.

NOSE Concentrated blackberry and plum
COLOUR Deep cherry red
TASTING NOTES

Palate: The flavour of forest berries with just a hint of mint. The oak tannins are soft and the mouth is filled with the intense fruit flavours.

WINE 2002 Shiraz
REGION Wrattonbully, South Australia
BOTTLING ANALYSIS Alcohol : 13.5% • T/A : 6.4 • pH : 3.41
NOSE Toasty, spicy, cherry plums, chocolate with a hint of mint
COLOUR Deep earthy red with purple and plum coloured hues
TASTING NOTES

Palate: Velvety, ripe fleshy cherry fruit flavours with a lingering astringency from firm supple grape and oak tannins. Still a very youthful wine that will develop into a bigger, richer and complex wine with time. Should peak in 2008.

NOSE Spicy, herbal, black cherry and mulberry
COLOUR Dark inky purple with blood plum coloured hues
TASTING NOTES

Palate: Smooth, toasty, ripe blackberry fruit, seamlessly integrates with the oak to produce a voluptuous wine of complexity, individuality and power.

         

WINE 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon

NOSE Concentrated blackberry and ripe plums
COLOUR Deep plum and cherry red with a hint of amber on the edges.
TASTING NOTES

Palate: A complex wine with intense berry fruit and a hint of chocolate and mint aromas. A long elegant, but generous palate is highlighted by concentrated blackberry.

WINE RESERVE 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon

NOSE Concentrated blackberry with toasty aromas.
COLOUR Deep plum and cherry red.
